In reply to RajithR's post on November 15, I can't get to that point. When I turn my computer on it asks me to signin with my password.

When I do that the error message pops up. The keys on the keyboard will not do anything because I can't sign in. I can't get to my desktop at all. I can't search for anything or look up apps. I've tried to hit the F11 button while it was starting up to try and do a recovery but nothing happens when I do that.

This is telling me the same thing. It's telling me to log in under the administrative account to fix it but the administrative account is the one I can't get into and the only account on my computer. In reply to CarlyB13's post on November 15, My computer is doing the exact same thing. Did you ever get it fixed? In reply to Kaitlyn's post on January 23, No, unfortunately my computer is still broken.
